Our Specialties

    1. We manage sixteen trade associations in a variety of industries from manufacturing and entrepreneurship to public sector and healthcare. Group Concepts has been able to flourish for 40+ years because we place such high importance on personal service, attention to detail, and truly caring about the success and growth of each organization we manage.
    Not all associations need a full time staff – you may just need event planning or bookkeeping – we do that too.

    Administration

    Let us be your association’s headquarters. We will take care of your daily tasks:

        • Providing a physical mailing address
        • Answering the phone personally
        • Replying to email
        • Designing & sending out mailing/mass emails
        • Writing & publishing newsletters and & directories
        • Storing all documentation and inventory
        • Making bank deposits
        • Bookkeeping

    Technology

        • Website development and maintenance
        • Database implementation and management
        • Electronic communication and surveys

    Membership

    Your members are your organization’s greatest assets, and we treat them as such. Group Concepts handles all membership services, including but not limited to:

        • Maintaining a central database
        • Responding promptly to all inquiries
        • Increasing membership
        • Sending materials to new/prospective members
        • Acquiring new member benefit alliances
        • Membership retention programs
        • Acting as the liaison to affiliate organizations

    Fundraising

        • Access non-dues revenue sources
        • Creating sponsorship opportunities
        • Support volunteers in fundraising efforts

    Event Planning

    Events allow your members to network in person and actively participate in their association, we ensure all events run smoothly because we concentrate on all the details.

        • Scheduling
        • Selecting the appropriate event venue
        • Negotiating contracts
        • Selling exhibit space
        • Designing & sending promotional materials/media kits
        • Managing online registration and payments
        • Meeting & corresponding with committee members
        • Staffing for day-of-event management & registration
        • Evaluating member satisfaction
